David M. Trentadue has represented Michigan clients since 1994 in estate planning, probate, trusts, and real estate matters.
A licensed title-insurance professional and title examiner, he provides practical counsel on deeds, liens, estates, foreclosure, and marketable title. That title background shapes how he approaches estates and real estate alike: the documents, the recorded history, and the steps needed for a clean result.
He serves clients throughout Michigan through a virtual practice built well before it became common. Consultations are held by Zoom or phone, and estate planning and real estate documents are signed with licensed notaries. When a matter calls for in-person help, he works with trusted local attorneys. He is admitted to practice before all Michigan state and federal courts.
He earned bachelor’s degrees in history and political science from the University of New Orleans and his J.D., cum laude, from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
